Below is all the information you need for returning your Berylnell merchandise for a refund or exchange.

Return To Store

Simply bring your item with its original packaging and tags (if available), along with proof of purchase, to any of our retail locations. Our associates can quickly and easily process your refund and/or exchange right in the store.

Please note: Returns without proof of purchase will be refunded as a Gift Card. Berylnell-Authorized Dealers are not able to process returns and/or exchanges for Berylnell retail or website purchases. 

Return By Mail

Start a mail-in return for orders placed online, over the phone, or for in-store pickup using our self-service portal. Connect to your order details using the order number and billing zip code (found in your order confirmation email) to get started. Instructions will be provided in the portal based on your selections. You can use either UPS or USPS to mail in your return. 

No printer? You can select the QR code option for fast, paperless drop-off.

Please note: $6.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping when you use the prepaid shipping label provided. 

Retail & Gift Returns By Mail

To Return A Gift By Mail: 

If you have the original order or transaction number, you can set up your gift return using our self-service portal. If you do not have the order or transaction details, our customer service team is happy to help–contact us via Live Chat or Email.

Please note: All gifts returned by mail will be refunded in the form of an Berylnell Gift Card issued to the gift recipient's name and email address. If the gift recipient contact details are incomplete, the original purchaser will be refunded.
